- Vanilla mix - one box - ingredients listed on the box
- eggs
- vegetable oil
- water
- Small box vanilla pudding mix - powder
- 8 ounces of sour cream
- I cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Prepare the cake according to the directions on the box
- mix in the pudding mix, coconut, and sour cream.
- After beating the cake batter, stir in the macadamia nuts.
- Pour batter into a well-greased bundt pan and bake for about one hour

The cake is ready when a metal or wooden skewer inserted into the middle of the cake comes out dry. Then allow to cool for 30 minutes and pop the cake out of the pan and allow to cool completely.
